All American Pressure Cleaning and Painting, (AAPCP), was established in 1998 in South Florida. Vincent Boreland, President of AAPCP, took the the professional approach he learned in the health care sector and applied it to this needed industry. Recognizing the need for specialized commercial and residential maintenance services such as pressure cleaning, painting, building maintenance, waterproofing, and rust removal in South Florida, this company was ready to serve. It started with multi-residential and small commercial projects from Roadhouse Grill and Red Lobster restaurants.

With technical assistance from the Minority Business Enterprise Center, AAPCP was able to obtain its minority certifications to begin bidding on corporate and government work. AAPCP will provide you with comprehensive and cost effective bids for any project venue.

With their expertise in construction maintenance and cleaning they're expanding throughout the state of Florida and beyond its borders. The company continues to grow with their commitment to professional and quality service and have continued to broaden their scope of projects to include large government contracts. AAPCP is very capable to effectively bid on your large scale corporate and government projects.

All American Pressure Cleaning and Painting's staff quickly increased its number of employees from one to five to meet the initial rapid growth and needs of our clients. AAPCP increased its fleet of trucks and trailers; we own our own warehouse and office in Opa Locka to provide faster more complete service. Some of our project venues include, parking lot striping, bridge painting, sand blasting, electrostatic painting, and construction site clean-ups.
